Aestryd provides AI-powered solutions, including See Beyond, a holistic expense intelligence platform that analyzes transaction data to provide insights into financial health, environmental impact, and personal well-being. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our Services for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.
Free Tier & Future Monetization: While basic access to our Services may currently be free, we reserve the right to introduce fees, subscription tiers, or usage limits (metering) at any time. We will provide reasonable notice before charging for any previously free services.
Billing & Refunds: If you purchase a subscription, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Payments are non-refundable unless required by law or explicitly stated otherwise. We use third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe, Apple) and do not store your full payment credentials.
Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Our Services leverage artificial intelligence, including proprietary models and third-party AI technologies (e.g., Large Language Models). By using the Services, you acknowledge that:
You retain ownership of the content (e.g., receipts, financial data) you upload to the Services. However, by uploading content, you grant Aestryd a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing, maintaining, and improving the Services.
We may use anonymized and aggregated data derived from your content for analytics, machine learning model improvement, and research purposes, ensuring that such data cannot identify you personally.
The insights, scores, and information provided by See Beyond are for informational purposes only. We do not provide professional financial, medical, legal, or tax advice. The environmental and health impact scores are estimates based on available data. You should consult with a qualified professional before making any significant financial or health decisions.
You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to upload data that you do not have the right to possess or share.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AESTRYD LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100.00) OR THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO AESTRYD FOR THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS OF THE SERVICES.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aestryd LLC, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Services, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Wisconsin.
