Welcome to the SeeBeyond Founder's Circle (the "Program"). By participating in the Program, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions, which supplement SeeBeyond's general Terms of Service.
A "Qualified Referral" is a new user who, in SeeBeyond's reasonable determination:
SeeBeyond may review referrals for fraud, abuse, or policy violations and may deny referral credit where these requirements are not met.
When progressing from one tier to another, please allow 24 to 48 hours for the SeeBeyond team to manually review your account and referrals. You will receive an email from the team once your progression has been verified and approved.
"Lifetime SeeBeyond Premium" means access to SeeBeyond's then-current premium consumer subscription plan, or a substantially similar replacement plan, for as long as SeeBeyond offers such a plan. If SeeBeyond discontinues premium consumer tiers without a comparable replacement, Gold participants will receive equivalent access to the highest available consumer tier.
Users from any country may participate, subject to applicable local laws and these Terms. Cash payouts require identity verification, a valid supported payment method, and any tax documentation that SeeBeyond reasonably requests before payment is issued.
Gold participants may earn commission only on subscription revenue actually received by SeeBeyond from eligible referred users who become paying subscribers. Commission begins only after SeeBeyond launches paid subscription tiers and after the referred user's first successful paid subscription transaction.
Commission is earned for 12 months from each referred subscriber's first paid subscription date. Commission is calculated monthly and may be paid monthly or quarterly, in SeeBeyond's discretion, subject to any minimum payout threshold SeeBeyond establishes, such as a $25 unpaid commission balance.
If a referred subscriber cancels, receives a refund, issues a chargeback, becomes fraudulent, or is otherwise disqualified, related commission may be reversed, withheld, or deducted from future payouts.
A referral is not fully qualified until the referred user has remained active for 60 days and satisfied these Terms. If a referred user is refunded, charged back, banned for policy violations, determined to be fraudulent, or otherwise disqualified within 90 days of signup, SeeBeyond may revoke the referral credit and any associated reward eligibility.
Participants must clearly disclose their relationship with SeeBeyond whenever they publicly share or promote referral links. A clear disclosure such as "I may earn rewards if you sign up using my link" is required because the FTC expects clear disclosure of material connections in endorsements and promotions.
Disclosures should be clear, conspicuous, and placed where users will notice them, rather than hidden behind profile pages, vague hashtags, or hard-to-find links.
Participants may not:
Participation in the Program does not create any employment, contractor, agency, partnership, franchise, or representative relationship between the participant and SeeBeyond. Participants act solely as independent users of the product.
Participants are solely responsible for all taxes associated with rewards, commissions, or other benefits received through the Program. SeeBeyond may require a completed W-9, W-8BEN, or other tax form before issuing payment.
SeeBeyond reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time, including changes to tier thresholds, reward structures, or eligibility requirements. Such changes may be necessary due to business circumstances, regulatory requirements, or operational considerations.
We are committed to transparency: material changes will be communicated to participants, and any rewards already earned and verified before a change or termination will be honored in accordance with these Terms. Future reward accrual may end if the Program is discontinued, if a participant is removed for cause, or if eligibility requirements change.
We encourage you to review these Terms periodically for updates.
SeeBeyond values the contributions of early supporters who actively engage with our team and help shape the product. Participants in the Founder's Circle who provide meaningful feedback, report issues, suggest improvements, or contribute to marketing efforts may be eligible for additional recognition at SeeBeyond's discretion.
As SeeBeyond develops its monetization strategy, we intend to give special consideration to active contributors when determining future benefits, promotions, or program enhancements. The nature and extent of any such recognition will be determined by SeeBeyond in its sole discretion based on the participant's level of engagement and the value of their contributions.
